Dragons Breath Opal Conversion Ring
Dragons Breath Opals were created in the early 1900's and resemble a cross between the Mexican fire opal and the jelly opal. It gets its firey appearance due to molten metals that were added in the creation phase. This "stone" gained popularity in the Edwardian era and can be found in antique stick pins and jewelry.
This piece was once a stick pin and has now been joined with a multi-toned gold & silver ring in a size 6.5.
